Adult Night School

Focus: Adult night school refers to programming assisting learners to achieve credits toward their OSSD. Course offerings differ between school boards but follow the Ontario Secondary School Curriculum (OSSC) documents. Common course offerings are similar to those offered in Adult Day School programming: mathematics, English, social science, science, business & technology, English as a Second Language (ESL), International languages, co-operative education, and programming variations to meet individual learner needs.

Eligibility: All students attending secondary school can attend, including adults over 21.

Levels: Must be "credit ready" (i.e. demonstrate grade 9 level academic proficiency or higher) as defined by the service delivery agency.

Cost: Fees are dependent on service delivery site policy (tuition is not charged for credit courses, but refundable materials and other administrative fees may be charged; see links below for details)
